It is formulated with hydrocarbon surfactants, fluorocarbon surfactants, antifungal agents, adjuvants, polar film-forming agents, stabilizers, antifreeze agents, preservatives, blowing agents, etc. According to the mixing ratio with water volume, it is divided into two types: 3%AFFF/AR (foam fire extinguisher 3: water 97) and 6%AFFF/AR (foam fire extinguisher 6: water 94). The shelf life is eight years, with the anti-soluble component valid for two years. After two years, it can only be used as a water film fire extinguisher.

2. Fire extinguishing principle

When the anti-soluble water film foam fire extinguisher is sprayed on burning oil or polar solvents, the foam can quickly flow and spread on the surface of oil or polar solvents and then diffuse to the area that has not been directly sprayed. It forms a well-sealed water film on the surface of oil or polar solvent, isolating it from the air. With the anti-soluble component in the foam, it can effectively prevent water-soluble solvents from absorbing water in the foam, thereby protecting the foam. It extinguishes the fire by the dual action of foam and protective film, improving the efficiency of on-site fire fighting.

Its fire extinguishing performance has the characteristics of water film foam fire extinguisher in extinguishing oil and petroleum product fires and the characteristics of anti-soluble foam fire extinguisher in extinguishing polar solvent and water-soluble substance fires. It can simplify the fire fighting for unknown or mixed B-class fuel fires containing oil and polar solvents, so it has a universal fire extinguishing effect.

4. Scope of application

The water film anti-soluble foam fire extinguisher is used for oil fires at high temperatures and is suitable for 'surface injection' fire extinguishing. In addition to the characteristics of water film foam fire extinguisher in extinguishing oil and non-water-soluble substances such as petroleum products, it also has excellent extinguishing effect on water-soluble flammable liquids such as alcohols, esters, ethers, aldehydes, ketones, amines, and alcohols. It can also be used as a wetting and penetrating agent to extinguish class A fires, with a universal fire extinguishing effect. It is widely used in large chemical enterprises, petrochemical enterprises, chemical fiber enterprises, solvent plants, chemical product warehouses, oil fields, oil depots, ships, hangars, garages, and other units and places where fuel is prone to leakage.

Packaging, transportation and storage requirements

1. This product can be mixed with fresh water or seawater.

2. This product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated environment with a temperature between -5 and 40℃.

3. The packaging specifications of this product are 25kg, 50kg, and 200kg plastic drums.

4. Do not mix with other fire extinguishers to avoid affecting the effect.
