Product Introduction

I. Product Introduction

PF high multiple foam generator is one of the main equipment of high multiple foam fire extinguishing system. It is fixedly installed in the protection area and has the advantages of large foaming capacity, strong fire extinguishing ability and fast speed. It is suitable for large-area fire suppression in enclosed limited spaces such as aircraft hangars, oil storage tank areas, chemical factories, workshop warehouses, liquefied natural gas stations and other important places.

III. Structure and Working Principle

The pressure water is provided by the fire water pump, and the foam mixture is formed through the pressure proportional mixing device. The water turbine of the high multiple foam generator is driven by the foam mixture, and the mixture is sprayed onto the foam generating net in the form of mist through the nozzle. A thin film is formed on the surface of the foam generating net, and the wind blows the film, resulting in a large amount of foam, which constitutes high multiple foam and covers or submerges the surface of the burning object. By using the blocking and heat absorption radiation, cooling and temperature reduction, isolating dilute air, covering asphyxia and other functions of foam, the purpose of fire extinguishing is achieved, effectively preventing the spread of fire.

IV. Installation Precautions

1. There should be no obstruction within 0.3m of the air inlet of the foam generator.

2. There should be no obstacles within 1m in front of the foam generating net that hinder the foam spraying.

3. The installation height of the foam generator used in the full immersion system should be higher than the height designed for the foam.

4. Frequently clear the foam generating net. There should be no debris on the foam generating net at any time.

5. It is better to install a filter at the water inlet to avoid clogging the water turbine with debris in the fire water.

V. Maintenance

1. Frequently clear the foam generating net. There should be no debris on the foam generating net at any time.

2. The foam generator should be rinsed with clean water after each injection.

3. The foam generator should be overhauled once a year. After the overhaul is completed, a pressure seal test should be carried out. There should be no leakage or obvious deformation in all parts and joints.

4. The installed equipment should not be disassembled at will to avoid loss of effectiveness.
