1. Product Introduction
The PZ series medium expansion foam generator is a fixed horizontal liquid-air foam generation and spraying device installed on the side of flammable and combustible liquid storage tanks. It sprays 30-40 times expanded medium expansion foam into the tank to extinguish fires. It is paired with fire pump units, air-foam proportioning mixers or foam fire trucks, and piping systems to form a fixed or semi-fixed medium expansion foam fire extinguishing system.
The medium expansion foam generator has strong adaptability to foam liquids and can be used with high, medium, and low expansion foam liquids. It produces foam with an expansion ratio of 20-40 times, with strong extinguishing ability and good effects. Eight units of this type of generator are installed in two 22-meter-high and 80-meter-diameter oil storage tanks in Daqing Oilfield. The newly built tanks at the Petrochemical Plant are also equipped with this type of generator, which consolidates the foam in 2 minutes.
The medium expansion foam generator uses high expansion foam fire extinguishing agents with strong fluidity, non-toxic, non-polluting foam, and can effectively extinguish alcohol, ether, benzene and other water-soluble liquid fires in addition to diesel and gasoline fires. After extinguishing the fire, the raw materials are not damaged and medium expansion foam agents can also be used. This type of generator can still foam and extinguish fire normally even in the case of tank top tearing, and is safe and reliable.
