1. Product Introduction

PFS4 high-multiplication foam generator is one of the main equipment of high-multiplication foam fire extinguishing system. It is fixedly installed in the protection area and has the advantages of large foaming volume, strong fire extinguishing ability and fast speed. It is suitable for large-area fire extinguishing in closed and limited spaces, such as aircraft hangars, oil tank farms, chemical plants, workshop warehouses, liquefied natural gas stations and other important places.

2. Structure and working principle
The fire pump provides pressurized water, which is used to form a foam mixture through a pressure-type proportional mixing device, driving the high-multiplicity foam generator turbine wind wheel to rotate. The mixture is sprayed to the foaming net in a mist form through the nozzle, forming a thin film on the surface of the foaming net. The wind blown to the net by the wind wheel inflates a large amount of foam, forming a high-multiplicity foam, which submerges or covers the surface of the burning object. The purpose of fire extinguishing is achieved by using the foam's blocking of heat absorption radiation, cooling, isolating dilution air, covering and suffocating properties. Effectively prevent the spread of fire.

3. Installation precautions

1. There should be no obstructions within 0.3m from the air inlet of the foam generator.

2. There should be no obstacles that may hinder the foam spraying within 1m in front of the foaming net of the foam generator.

3. The installation height of the foam generator used in the total flooding system should be higher than the height the foam is designed to reach.

4. Clean the foaming net regularly. No debris is allowed on the foaming net at any time.

5. It is best to install a filter at the water inlet to prevent debris in the fire water from clogging the turbine.

4. Maintenance

2. The foam generator should be rinsed with clean water after each spraying.

3. The foam generator should be inspected once a year. After the inspection and assembly, a sealing test should be carried out with pressurized water. All parts and connections must be free of leakage or obvious deformation.

4. Installed equipment cannot be dismantled at will to avoid loss of performance.
