The balanced foam proportioning mixer is a new type of foam fire extinguishing device that provides foam mixture to the foam fire extinguishing system. Its foam liquid can be replenished during the system operation, with larger storage capacity and higher reliability. It can continuously supply foam mixture to the system, greatly improving the fire extinguishing ability of the system. Because it uses a constant pressure non-bladder foam liquid storage tank to store foam liquid, it avoids the risk of bladder rupture, reduces maintenance costs, and also reduces the cost of pressure vessels, making the equipment more cost-effective and better meeting the needs of modern large-scale foam fire protection projects.
The main features of the balanced foam proportioning mixer are:
1. The balance valve dynamically adjusts the amount of foam liquid entering the foam proportioning mixer to ensure accurate mixing ratio;
2. The foam liquid gear pump is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel or bronze material, which makes the working pressure and flow rate of foam mixture have a large adaptability range and will not rust due to the corrosion of foam liquid;
3. The foam liquid storage tank is a non-pressurized, non-bladder stainless steel, fiberglass, or polyethylene material, which is easy to maintain and has high reliability;
4. The breathing valve maintains pressure balance between inside and outside of the foam liquid storage tank;
5. The pressure relief/holding valve pressure relief reflux device ensures the stability of the rated working pressure of the entire equipment;
6. The safety valve ensures the safety of the device pipeline by emergency pressure relief;
7. The device is suitable for any foam extinguishing agent currently available (protein, fluoroprotein, aqueous film forming, etc.);
