The balanced foam proportioning and mixing device is a relatively advanced large-scale foam fire extinguishing equipment in China. Our company produces the PHP series balanced foam proportioning and mixing device according to the national standard GB20031-2005 'General technical conditions for foam fire extinguishing systems and components', with advanced technology, stable quality and wide application. This system is mainly used in important fire hazard occasions such as tank areas, docks, airports (warehouses), and offshore oil platforms in large petrochemical industries.

The balanced foam proportioning and mixing device is a new foam fire extinguishing device that provides foam mixture liquid to the foam fire extinguishing system. Its foam liquid can be replenished during the system operation, with larger storage volume and higher reliability, and can continuously supply foam mixture liquid to the system, greatly improving the fire extinguishing ability of the system. Moreover, because the foam liquid storage tank adopts a constant pressure without capsule foam liquid storage tank, the danger of capsule rupture is avoided, the maintenance cost is reduced, the price of pressure vessel is reduced, and the device has higher cost performance, better meeting the needs of modern large-scale foam fire protection engineering.

The main features of the balanced foam proportioning and mixing device are:

1. The balancing valve dynamically adjusts the foam liquid amount entering the foam proportioning mixer, ensuring accurate mixing ratio;

2. The foam liquid gear pump made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel or bronze material is adopted to supply foam liquid, which makes the working pressure and flow of foam mixture liquid have a wide range of adaptation and will not rust due to the corrosion of foam liquid;

3. The atmospheric pressure, non-capsule stainless steel, fiberglass or polyethylene foam liquid storage tank has easy maintenance and high reliability;

4. The breathing valve maintains the pressure balance inside and outside the foam liquid storage tank;

5. The pressure relief/holding valve pressure relief reflux device ensures the stable rated working pressure of the whole equipment;

6. The safety valve emergency pressure relief ensures the safety of the equipment pipeline;

7. The device is suitable for any foam fire extinguishing agent (protein, fluoroprotein, water film, etc.);

8. Foam liquid can be added anytime during the fire extinguishing process, better meeting the needs of modern large-scale foam fire protection engineering;
