Balanced foam proportioning device (water turbine driven)

The balanced foam proportioning device is a relatively advanced large-scale foam fire extinguishing equipment in China. The PHP series balanced foam proportioning device produced by our company is produced in accordance with the national standard GB20031-2005 "General Technical Conditions for Foam Fire Extinguishing Systems and Components". It has advanced technology, stable quality and a wide range of applications. The system is mainly suitable for important fire hazard occasions such as large petrochemical tank areas, docks, airports (warehouses), offshore oil platforms, etc.

The balanced foam proportioning device is a new type of foam fire extinguishing device that provides foam mixed liquid to the foam fire fighting system. Its foam liquid can be replenished during the operation of the system. It has a larger storage volume and higher reliability. It can continuously supply foam mixed liquid to the system, greatly improving the fire extinguishing ability of the system. In addition, because the foam liquid is stored in a normal pressure capsule-free foam liquid storage tank, the risk of capsule rupture is avoided, maintenance costs are reduced, and the cost of pressure vessels is reduced, making the device have a higher cost-effectiveness and better meet the needs of modern large-scale foam fire fighting projects.

　Main features of balanced foam proportioning device:

1. The balancing valve dynamically adjusts the amount of foam liquid entering the foam proportioning mixer to ensure an accurate mixing ratio;

2. Use corrosion-resistant stainless steel or bronze foam liquid gear pump to supply foam liquid, so that the working pressure and flow rate of the foam mixture have a larger adaptability range and will not rust due to the corrosion of the foam liquid;

3. Normal pressure, non-cystic stainless steel, fiberglass or polyethylene foam liquid storage tank, easy maintenance and high reliability;

4. The breathing valve maintains the pressure balance inside and outside the foam liquid storage tank;

5. The pressure relief/pressure holding valve pressure relief reflux device ensures the stability of the rated working pressure of the whole equipment;

6. Emergency pressure relief of the safety valve ensures the safety of the device pipeline;

7. The device is suitable for any current foam fire extinguishing agent (protein, fluoroprotein, water-forming film, etc.);

8. Foam liquid can be added at any time during the fire extinguishing process, which can better meet the needs of modern large-scale foam fire fighting projects;
