Product introduction

The balanced foam proportion mixing device is a relatively advanced large-scale foam fire extinguishing equipment in China. Our company produces the PHP series balanced foam proportion mixing device, which is produced in accordance with the national standard GB20031-2005 "General technical conditions for foam fire extinguishing systems and components", with advanced technology, stable quality, and wide application range. This system is mainly applicable to important fire hazardous occasions such as tank farms, wharfs, airports (warehouses), and offshore oil platforms in the large petroleum and chemical industry.

The balanced foam proportion mixing device is a new type of foam fire extinguishing equipment that provides foam mixed liquid to the foam fire extinguishing system. Its foam liquid can be replenished during the system operation, with larger storage capacity and higher reliability, and can continuously supply foam mixed liquid to the system, greatly improving the fire extinguishing ability of the system. Moreover, because the foam liquid is stored in a constant-pressure and non-bag foam liquid storage tank, the danger of capsule rupture is avoided, maintenance costs are reduced, and the cost of pressure vessels is reduced, making the device more cost-effective and better meeting the needs of modern large-scale foam fire protection engineering.

Features of the balanced foam proportion mixing device:

1. The balance valve dynamically regulates the amount of foam liquid entering the foam proportion mixer, ensuring accurate mixing ratio;

2. The foam liquid gear pump made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel or bronze material is used to supply foam liquid, so that the working pressure and flow rate of foam mixed liquid have a larger range of adaptation, and will not rust due to the corrosion of foam liquid;

3. The constant-pressure, non-bag stainless steel, glass fiber reinforced plastic, or polyethylene foam liquid storage tank is easy to maintain, and has high reliability;

4. The breather valve maintains the pressure balance inside and outside the foam liquid storage tank;

5. The pressure relief/holding valve and pressure relief return device ensure the stable rated working pressure of the entire set of equipment;

6. The safety valve emergency pressure relief ensures the safety of the device pipeline;

7. The device is suitable for any foam fire extinguishing agent (protein, fluoroprotein, aqueous film-forming agents, etc.);

8. Foam liquid can be added at any time during the fire extinguishing process, which can better meet the needs of modern large-scale foam fire protection engineering;
