I. Product Overview
The PY semi-fixed (portable) foam fire extinguishing device is a lightweight pushcart-type fire extinguishing device. Equipped with a PHF model pipeline proportioning mixer and a PQ model air foam gun matching it. After delivering pressurized water, it can spray foam to extinguish small and medium-sized oil fires, and can also spray water to extinguish general solid fires.
II. Structure, Working Principle and Usage
The bottom of the cart is equipped with four wheels, the front two are directional wheels, and the rear (handle end) two are steering wheels, which can be flexibly rotated. The top of the tank is equipped with a PHF model pipeline proportioning mixer and a PQ foam gun. When pressurized water passes through the nozzle of the proportioning mixer, the flow rate increases to form a negative pressure. The suction tube draws the foam concentrate from the tank into the proportioning mixer, where it is mixed with water to form a foam mixing solution. After being sucked into the air by the foam gun, it forms foam and can be used to extinguish the fire by aiming at the ignition point.
Precautions for use:
a. The mixing ratio of the proportioning mixer should match the foam concentrate in the tank;
b. PHF4 proportioning mixer must be used with PQ4 foam gun, and PHF8 proportioning mixer must be used with PQ8 foam gun;
c. Only one type of foam concentrate can be used in the tank, and different types of foam concentrate cannot be mixed.
III. Liquid Filling Instructions
Before filling with foam concentrate, open the filling port and pour the foam concentrate into the foam cart tank. After filling, close the filling port and the foam cart can be used.
