1. Product Introduction

PF self-priming high-multiplicity foam generator is one of the main equipment of high-multiplicity foam fire extinguishing system. According to different structures, it is divided into fixed type and mobile type. The device is simple and convenient to use, with advantages such as large foaming volume, strong fire extinguishing ability and fast speed. It is suitable for large-area fire extinguishing in closed and limited spaces, such as aircraft hangars, oil tank farms, chemical plants, workshop warehouses, liquefied natural gas stations and other important places.

2. Structure and working principle
A part of the 0.3-1.0MPa pressure water supplied by a fire truck, fire boat or special water pump directly enters the turbine through the main pipeline to drive the water wheel to rotate and drives the wind wheel to rotate through the turbine shaft. The other part of the water flows through the proportioning mixer, and the flow rate increases sharply at the nozzle, so that the vacuum chamber forms a vacuum. The high-multiple foam liquid in the storage tank is sucked into the proportioning mixer by the suction pipe, and mixed with the water ejected from the nozzle, and enters the pipeline together, and then mixed with the water flowing out of the turbine for the second time to form a foam mixture. The foam mixture is sprayed to the foaming net in the form of mist through the sprinkler pipe network through the nozzle, forming a thin film on the inner surface of the net. The wind blown to the net by the wind wheel blows a large number of bubbles to form a high-multiple foam, which submerges or covers the surface of the burning object. Block heat absorption radiation, cool down, isolate dilution air, cover and suffocate fire.

 

3. Maintenance

1. Clean the foaming net regularly. No debris is allowed on the foaming net at any time.

2. The foam generator should be rinsed with clean water after each spraying.

3. The foam generator should be inspected once a year. After the inspection and assembly, a sealing test should be carried out with pressurized water. All parts and connections must be free of leakage or obvious deformation.

4. Installed equipment cannot be disassembled at will to avoid loss of performance
