1. Product overview
PY semi-fixed (lightweight) foam fire extinguishing device is a lightweight trolley-type fire extinguishing device. Equipped with PHF-type pipeline proportional mixer and PQ-type air foam gun compatible with it. It can spray foam to extinguish small and medium-sized oil fires after delivering pressure water, and can also spray water to extinguish general solid fires.
2. Main technical parameters
1. Foam storage tank capacity is 100-500L, and the tank itself is an atmospheric pressure tank.
2. The pressure range of the device:
(1) When pressure water passes through the proportional mixer, it is 0.6 to 1.1 MPa;
(2) When pressure water passes directly through the foam gun without the proportional mixer, it is 0.6 to 0.8 MPa;
3. When equipped with PHF4 proportional mixer and PQ4 foam gun, the flow rate is 4L/S, and the range is greater than or equal to 10m.
4. When equipped with PHF8 proportional mixer and PQ8 foam gun, the flow rate is 8L/S, and the range is greater than or equal to 10m.
3. Structure, working principle and usage
The bottom of the trolley is equipped with 4 wheels, the front 2 are directional wheels, and the rear (handle end) 2 are steering wheels, which can be flexibly turned. The PHF-type pipeline proportional mixer and PQ-type foam gun are installed on the top of the tank. When pressure water passes through the nozzle of the proportional mixer, the flow rate increases to form negative pressure. The suction pipe sucks the foam concentrate from the tank into the proportional mixer to mix with water to form foam mixture solution, which is then sucked into the air through the foam gun to form foam and extinguish the fire by aiming at the ignition point.
Precautions:
a. The mixing ratio of the proportional mixer should match the foam liquid in the tank;
b. PHF4 model proportional mixer must be used with PQ4 model foam gun, and PHF8 model proportional mixer must be used with PQ8 model foam gun;
c. Only the same type of foam liquid can be stored in the tank, and different types of foam liquid cannot be mixed.

5. Filling instructions
Before filling the foam liquid, open the filling port and fill the foam liquid into the foam trolley tank through the filling port. After filling, close the filling port and the foam trolley can be put into use.
