1. System composition
The ZFP automatic dry powder fire extinguishing system consists of a starting bottle, a nitrogen bottle group, a decompression method, a dry powder tank, a dry powder gun, a dry powder cannon, a fixed dry powder nozzle, an electric control cabinet, valves and pipelines and other components.
2. Main features
ZFP automatic dry powder fire extinguishing system can be used for four types of fire: A, B, C, and D. Its main features are as follows:

It has good insulation properties and can be used to extinguish fires in live equipment.
No antifreeze is needed in cold areas and it can be used in water-scarce areas.

3. Working principle
The working principle of the ZFP dry powder fire extinguishing system is as follows: the high-pressure nitrogen in the nitrogen cylinder group is decompressed by the pressure reducing valve, and then the nitrogen enters the dry powder tank, and a part of it is sent to the bottom of the tank, which plays the role of loosening the dry powder fire extinguishing agent. As the pressure in the tank increases, part of the dry powder fire extinguishing agent enters the powder outlet pipe with the nitrogen and is sent to the outlet valve of the dry powder cannon, dry powder wall or dry powder fixed nozzle. When the pressure at the outlet valve of the cannon, gun or dry powder fixed nozzle reaches a certain value (the pressure value on the dry powder tank reaches 1.5~1.6Mpa), open the valve (or the constant pressure bursting diaphragm automatically bursts), and the pressure energy is quickly converted into speed energy. In this way, the high-speed gas powder flow is ejected from the nozzle of the dry powder cannon (or dry powder gun, fixed nozzle), shot at the fire source, cut the flame, destroy the combustion chain, and play a role in quickly extinguishing or suppressing the fire.
