
The intelligent fire extinguishing system control panel is composed of one standard piano platform (dimensions: 96×60×114cm), which includes the intelligent centralized control panel, power control panel, and video surveillance system as shown in Figure 2.2. The Internet of Things (IoT) intelligent centralized control panel adopts a graphical and fully touch control operation mode with a friendly interface to control and monitor the fire extinguishing devices in the entire fire protection area. When a fire occurs, the IoT intelligent centralized control panel will immediately send an SMS notification to the fire responsibility person (if selected) and record all device alarms and fire extinguishing status in the fire protection area. The power control panel adopts physical buttons and is responsible for the power supply of the entire system and the control of the water pump. The main control software system can monitor the on-site situation in the fire protection area in real-time.
1. ZDZJ-ZX-01 IoT intelligent centralized control panel
Functional overview
The ZDMZJ-ZX-01 fire extinguishing equipment centralized control panel manages the on-site manual control box of the fire extinguishing equipment in each fire protection zone with CAN bus. Each centralized control panel manages up to 50 on-site manual control boxes with CAN bus. Using this device, the fire can be manually controlled through the fire extinguishing equipment and monitored by the security video system. The device adopts a 7-inch high brightness TFT touch screen for display and control, and has a rich graphical interface to achieve full-range centralized monitoring and management of the on-site fire extinguishing equipment. The device has intelligent networking function (optional), which can transmit the operation information of the fire extinguishing equipment to the cloud server, and check the running status and self-test record of the fire extinguishing equipment anytime and anywhere using a PC or mobile phone. When a fire alarm or device malfunction occurs, it can send an SMS to the person in charge immediately.
Control operation instructions
1) Master control interface
A. The indicator light displays fire alarm, CAN communication information, and RS485 communication information. When one or more fire alarms occur in the system, the fire alarm and mute indicator lights display red. When there is no alarm or fault, they display gray. When there is a CAN communication or RS485 communication failure, the indicator lights display yellow. When communication is normal, the indicator lights display green.
B. The current fire alarm, CAN fault, and RS485 fault detailed information are displayed in the alarm list, including information about the fire alarm point, the time of occurrence and elimination of the fire alarm or fault.
C. Communication indicator light, when the system communication is normal, the communication indicator flashes alternately, and the flashing speed reflects the size of the communication data volume.
