The foam spray fire extinguishing device produced by our company is composed of liquid storage tank, foam fire extinguishing agent, pipe network, partition valve, foam spray nozzle, start bottle, start pipeline, power bottle group, manifold and other components. It uses high-efficiency foam liquid as fire extinguishing agent, and sprays the fire extinguishing agent onto the protected object through a special nozzle under a certain pressure to quickly extinguish the fire. This device absorbs the characteristics of water mist fire extinguishing and foam fire extinguishing at the same time. It has advanced technology, high fire extinguishing efficiency, simple installation and maintenance. It is an efficient, safe, economical and environmentally friendly fire extinguishing device. The device has three starting modes: automatic, manual and mechanical emergency operation.

3. Product Features
This device uses a highly efficient synthetic water-based foam fire extinguishing agent and has the following characteristics:
1) It can be used to extinguish fires of solids, liquids or meltable solids, and is particularly suitable for extinguishing fires of flowing hot oil;
2) The fire extinguishing agent is used in small quantities, is non-toxic, and is biodegradable, does not pollute the environment, has good flame retardant and insulation properties, and has no effect on equipment;
3) Rapid fire extinguishing and no re-ignition;
4) It adopts gas pressure storage power source, which does not require fire water tank and water supply equipment.

4. Notes
1) Fire extinguishing equipment should be loaded and unloaded with care during transportation. It is strictly prohibited to collide, lie down or invert it.
2) Keep the liquid storage tank, power bottle and starter bottle away from heat sources and direct sunlight. The transportation and storage environment temperature requirements4℃~50℃ and keep it dry and well ventilated.
3) The outlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve has been adjusted to a fixed value before leaving the factory. During installation and use, the adjusting nut must not be twisted at will.
4) During disassembly and assembly, avoid damaging the surface of the device and affecting its appearance.
5) Unauthorized personnel are prohibited from touching or bumping into the components of this device to avoid accidents.
6) Personnel who install and debug the device should be familiar with the basic structure, working principle, performance and operation procedures of the device, as well as the basic structure and working status of each component.
7) Daily care and maintenance should strictly follow the operating procedures to prevent accidental spraying of fire extinguishing agents.
8) Before the device sprays the fire extinguishing agent, all personnel must be within the delay period (0-30SAdjustable) evacuate the fire scene, and personnel can enter the scene only after the fire is extinguished.
9) Fire extinguishing agents should be supplied by the production unit and should not be replaced at will.
10) Other safety measures should comply with relevant national regulations.
