1. Usage and performance:
Handheld dry powder fire extinguisher has the characteristics of fast extinguishing speed, high efficiency, long storage without deterioration, flexible operation, easy to use and good insulation performance. It is suitable for fires of solid organic materials, flammable liquids such as oil, gas, electrical equipment and metal materials. This product is an ideal fire extinguisher for factories, offices, schools, hotels, shops, docks, gas stations and various vehicles.
2. Dry powder fire extinguisher usage:
Ammonium phosphate salt (ABC powder) fire extinguishing agent is a new type of dry powder fire extinguisher, using the latest all-silicon moisture-proof technology. It has the characteristics of good fluidity, long storage period, not easy to be damp, good insulation performance, etc. It can extinguish initial fires of various oils, flammable liquids, combustible gases and electrical equipment. It can also effectively extinguish fires of A-class solid materials such as wood, paper and fiber. It is a necessary firefighting equipment in places such as airplanes, ships, vehicles, warehouses, factories, schools, shops, and oil depots.
1. The storage environment temperature should be -10℃ ~ +45℃; it should not be exposed to strong sunlight, close to the fire source or subjected to severe vibration.
2. The fire extinguisher should be placed securely, and the storage location should be ventilated and dry.
3. Regularly check whether the safety pin and lead seal are intact, whether the pressure value meets the requirements, and whether the parts are loose, deformed, corroded or damaged.
4. After the fire extinguisher expires for five years, it should be checked every two years or before refilling to see if the cylinder head valve, spray nozzle, etc. are damaged, and whether the cylinder body is corroded; and a water pressure test of 2.6MPa should be carried out. Unqualified fire extinguishers should be scrapped.
5. The maintenance or refilling of fire extinguishers should be carried out by qualified professional firefighting maintenance departments, and users should not disassemble or repair them without authorization; please refer to our company's maintenance manual for details.
Do not tilt the fire extinguisher too much, and do not place it flat or upside down.
Three, maintenance
1. This product is a pressure vessel, so prevent collisions during storage and transportation.
2. It should be hung in a well-ventilated and dry place, with a storage temperature between -10℃ and +45℃.
3. All connections must be tightened.
4. Regularly check, and if the pressure gauge pointer is below the green area, the extinguishing agent and driving gas (nitrogen) should be replenished in time.
5. Every five years and before refilling, a water pressure test should be performed according to regulations, and it can only be used after passing the test. The maintenance of fire extinguishers should be undertaken by professional units, and the performance should meet national standards and fire extinguisher maintenance inspection reports should be provided.
